"Minimum Safe Distance" (2022) has won the 1st place prize in the Literary Fiction category in the International Firebird Book Awards for Q3 2025. This Literary Fiction win is extra special for XHY, since MSD is science fiction, and now all three of his books have won literary awards. Congratulations!
